Starehe MP Charles Njagua donates mattress to Babu Owino

Starehe constituency Member of Parliament Charles Njagua has come to the aid of remandees at Industrial Area Prison.

The legislator has donated over 200 mattresses to the prison that is in his constituency. "I believe that remandees should be as comfortable as possible as they await the outcome of their cases," he said.

Njagua also said that the donation will benefit his fellow legislator Embakasi East MP Babu Owino who is been incarcerated at the facility following his attempted  murder case against DJ Evolve.
"My colleague, Hon. Babu Owino, will benefit from one of the heavy-duty mattresses," he added.

The two MPs have in the recent past clashed over their different political differences.
