Kenya government lies and deceit over Miguna Miguna exposed

Caught flat footed for disobeying numerous court orders on the entry of lawyer Miguna Miguna into the country and faced by a public uproar over the same, the Kenyan government now says that the lawyer was categorized as an 'unruly passenger in line with the International Civil Authority Organization' standards following the incident that took place at JKIA in March 2018 when the government forcefully deported him. They now want Miguna to present himself to any Kenyan mission to obtain his passport.

Despite admitting that it is aware of the court orders ordering relevant govt agencies to ensure a smooth return of the self declared general, the government through it's Spokesperson Cyrus Oguna says that the unruly behavior exhibited by Miguna was seen to have the potential of threatening category A1 status of JKIA which took the country a lot of effort  and work to achieve.

The govt now says that it's ready to comply with the court orders but until Miguna gets the necessary travel documents.
Miguna who was set to arrive yesterday, was removed from Air France Flight AF0814 whilst onboard to Kenya following a red alert issued by the Kenyan Government.

Despite the government frustrations, Miguna has remained steadfast on his entry into the country. "In the last 3 days Despot Uhuru Kenyatta has forced me to traverse 5 countries - Canada, Germany, Austria, France and Switzerland - in search of a PATHWAY to my village, Magina, in Kano Plains, Kenya, where my placenta was buried. I will be home no matter how long it takes. Viva!"
