KWS officers nabbed for robbing
4 Kenya Wildlife Service officers have been arrested for allegedly robbing a group of relatives who were returning to their homes after a dowry event in Lodogojek.
According to the DCI, the 4 who were armed robbed them of Ksh 9,500 and other personal items.
The 4 officers are; Cpl James Lamata & Wardens Brian Kiplagat, Dad Said & Peter Kirui.
"Upon receiving the report & conducting identification parade to pick out the culprits who had disappeared to their station after the robbery, detectives arrested four suspects. The 4 have been placed in custody pending arraignment to answer to charges of Robbery with Violence," wrote the DCI on twitter.
